Rentbutik terms of use
The platform is available only to users aged 18 and above. A valid driver’s licence held for at least 6 months is required.
Local residents register with a national ID and driver’s licence. International guests register with a passport and a valid international driving permit.
All payments are cashless and can only be made with a bank card.

How do I make a reservation?
Download the app, sign up, choose your car and dates, pay by card, and start your trip whenever it suits you.
What is the minimum rental period?
Rentals start from a single minute. You can rent by the minute, by the hour, or by the day.
Can I change a paid reservation?
A reservation cannot be changed once it is paid, but it can be cancelled. The cancellation terms in the app explain how that works.

Can I drive the car outside the country?
No. Rented vehicles must stay within Azerbaijan.
Can I rent on behalf of someone else?
No. Reservations and car listings must be made by the account holder.
Can I rent several cars at once?
Only one rental can be active at a time, but you can book different dates in advance.
Payments and support
When will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice is emailed to you once the rental is complete.
What if I am not happy with the car?
If there is a technical problem with the car, contact our support team straight away.

How do payouts work for car owners?
Your earnings are calculated automatically once the rental ends and are paid within 3-5 business days.
